Solutions for heating and consequent fluidization of coating and gluing materials. Increasing the temperature of the products to be applied helps to solve various spraying problems, especially in cold periods, but not only that, as making the product more fluid requires a lower percentage of solvent, thus contributing to environmental and workplace safety, as well as ensuring significant time and money savings.
The products can be heated in circulation using a preheater, where the paint is heated inside the device and kept warm by creating a circulation at a predetermined and constant temperature, or directly in drums and cans (containers) before being circulated using heating bands of various sizes and powers depending on the size of the containers containing the paint.
Both solutions can also be used simultaneously
