Nozzle cleaning: Needles, broaches and cleaning liquids
Coating materials dry easily or might contain impurities, so the micro-hole of the spray nozzle can clog. Keeping the nozzle clean and free extends its lifespan, reduce production down-time ensuring savings in time and money.
The specific cleaning liquids, packaged in convenient hourglass-shaped containers, allow easy cleaning of both flat and self-cleaning nozzles, letting them settle overnight and quickly recovering them dry.
The micro-needles (broaches) allow paint residues removal from air caps and nozzles without damaging their passages. The use of improper tools such as nails, screws, wire… and more, for removing paint residues from the nozzle itself is the main cause of poor spray results, the end-user being not able to understand the real reason.
